Friday, June 12th: We started our day with a party! It was our last visit with baby Arya for our Roots of Empathy program. We couldn't believe how much she has changed. She is now 10 months old and crawling. She was very vocal today and had fun interacting with us! Here are some great photos! After we finished visiting with Arya on the carpet, we had a party! We all got to eat popsicles! Even Arya had one! Mrs. Dilabio (our vice principal) stopped by too! Here are some shots of us enjoying our popsicles! We were so excited after the party that we decided to do a music lesson! My friends had fun clapping out different rhythms (the boys did one and the girls joined in doing a different one)! After we clapped our different rhythms, we used the tambourine to tap the syllables in our names! Fun! Finally, we have a couple of really fun pictures. We are working on a new art project that is making our friends giggle, and we had some friends put our big blocks to use in a creative way ... Have a wonderful weekend! :)
