Happy Monday! I hope you all enjoyed the PD day on Friday! It is hard to believe that November is almost over. Our morning flew by. We started talking about recycling and read the book "Why Should I Recycle?" We talked about the importance of recycling and learned about some of the things that are made from our recycling! Very interesting.
Monday, November 23rd: Happy Monday! After snack we went to the library! We read the book "Goodnight Already". It was a funny story about a bear who is trying to sleep and a duck that keeps waking him up! Please check your child's mailbag for a note from Mrs. Szeideman. Some of my friends have not returned their library books in a while. This afternoon we had gym with Ms. C-Rae and then came back to class and did some fun activities. Some of my friends were working on math in a small group while other friends were developing their fine motor skills and using the iPads. Here are some great photos! We had a couple of activities to help with our fine motor skills. Some of my friends were enjoying creating pieces using the melting beads (they will finish tomorrow) while other friends were having fun transferring water using the basters. The water was fun - it was red with sparkles!! There is something about water that my friends find appealing... Some of my friends were using the iPads to play math and language games. It always amazes me that they are so comfortable and can navigate the apps without any adult help. I love the way they help each other! Have a wonderful evening :)
